What We Do
Empowering Youth. Building Futures.
We provide the support, skills, and opportunities young people need to succeed.
Education Support
We provide funding for university and online training scholarships, supplies, and tuition fee assistance.
Mentorship & Life Skills
We provide mentorship and online training for necessary life skills, such as financial literacy, selling skills, and various self-mastery programs.
Career Pathways / Job Readiness
We provide career counseling and job matching services in partnership with various staffing companies, such as Gabtech Global, 360X Staffing, and RKPE.
My parents' business went bankrupt when I was in my first year of college. I had to sell whatever I could just to afford transportation and food to get to my university back in the Philippines. Thankfully, my Lolo (grandfather in Filipino), Fidel, paid for my college tuition. If not for my Lolo Fidel, I wouldn't have been able to establish a career and, later on, my own staffing business.
I want to be my Lolo Fidel to the youth of today on a global scale, starting in the US and in the Philippines.

About Chris & Eizel Foundation

The Chris & Eizel Foundation was established with a simple but powerful belief: education changes the trajectory of a life.
We exist to provide youth—especially those facing adversity—with access to education, training, and career pathways that open doors to a better future. Many young people have the potential to succeed but lack the financial resources, mentorship, or support systems needed to move forward. Our foundation was created to help bridge that gap.
Through strategic fundraising and community partnerships, we provide scholarships and financial assistance to at-risk youth pursuing:
- High school diplomas
- University or college degrees
- Accredited online programs
- Career-focused training and certifications
Our focus is not just on funding education, but on empowering transformation. We believe that when a young person gains access to opportunity, they gain confidence, dignity, and hope. And when one life changes, families and communities change with it.
Chris and Eizel founded this organization with deep conviction that no young person's future should be limited by circumstance. Education is more than academics—it is stability, direction, and possibility.
